About your photo

Your photo is used only to help identify your device and what you need. Location data is removed from JPEG, PNG, and WebP photos before saving, and the photo is deleted after 30 days. Please don't share photos that show a full serial number you want to keep private.

We never decide an exact spec, value, or compatibility from a photo alone — the app uses verified data and always shows you the evidence to confirm.
